The Trustees and Directors of the Maurice Wohl Charitable Foundation and the Maurice and Vivienne Wohl Philanthropic Foundation, with sincere regret and deep gratitude for and appreciation of his many years of faithful service, announce the retirement of Martin Paisner as trustee of these charities. Throughout his tenure, Mr Paisner exercised his duties with dedication, integrity and thoughtfulness. His guidance, steady judgment and commitment will be much missed by his colleagues and successors as trustees and directors. We are deeply grateful for the time, expertise and care that Mr Paisner has given in service to both the charities and the causes that they support. Mr Paisner retires with our heartfelt thanks, respect and best wishes. 29th April 2026
